Pay Your Academic Deposit

The academic deposit is required of transfer students who plan to live in 61´«Ã½tv residence halls or sign up for an Adventure WV first-year trip.

Steps to Complete

  1. If you have not done so already, claim your account.
  2. Sign in to using your 61´«Ã½tv Login credentials.
  3. Select the Pay Your Academic Deposit link inside 61´«Ã½tv Portal.
  4. Pay the $250 academic deposit using an electronic check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

We have extended the deadline to July 1, 2024, for academic and housing deposit refunds for first-time students. You must cancel your 61´«Ã½tv application or attendance using the by July 1 for a full refund of the academic deposit and/or a partial refund of the housing deposit. Deposits are forfeited if cancelling after July 1.

There is no change to the scholarship deadline. GPA updates and test scores must be received by June 1 for merit scholarship consideration.
